I've been paper crafting for about 20 years. In October 2007 I joined Stampin' Up! as an independent demonstrator. I have found that I truly love stamping, more than any other craft I've tried...and I've tried them all. I'm a SAHM of 4 and I also direct a parents' day out program. Both of these "jobs" give me plenty of opportunities to pull out my stamps and inks and have a ball! I've been married to my wonderful hubby for 21 years. He gets gold stars for supporting paper crafting/stamping addictions. :)

Love Notes

I just love "Love Notes"..no I'm not talking about the ones from Thomas, although I do love those too...I'm talking about the cute little 3x3 cards that you can create and give to someone special. I made a set for a friend as part of her Christmas present, here are the pictures.



I also made a cute box and matching envelopes, but for the life of me I can't figure out why I didn't take pictures of those. Must have gotten distracted while trying to remember to get pictures of every thing I made over the holidays. LOL!

The color combo I used was Not Quite Navy, Always Artichoke, and Bashful Blue. This stamp set "Puns From The Past" was new in the '08 Fall/Winter Idea Book & Catalog. I wasn't sure if I'd like it or not...but ended up loving it...it's great for "Love Notes".
